Before a Refund Is Considered

To ensure we fully understand your experience and support you properly:

• A consultation with Ken will be required to assess your progress and challenges.
• This conversation helps identify specific areas where you may be underperforming, and whether additional guidance or adjustments can get you back on track.
• In many cases, we find that a tailored action plan or support session can resolve the issue more effectively than a refund.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis after the consultation, and only if:

• You’ve completed the course content and attempted to apply the principles.
• You can clearly communicate where the course has not met your expectations or objectives.
• The issue is not due to a lack of engagement or effort.
